Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers to join our team across Bihar, Kolkata, Sikkim, and Delhi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of IT concepts, and a willingness to learn and work in a professional setting.

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.





Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic technical/IT support as required.

Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of technical issues.

Maintain proper records and documentation.

Follow organizational IT processes and guidelines.

Support day-to-day IT operations and other assigned activities.
