- Lead design and PR reviews; mentor L1/L2 FDEsn
- Own the client technical relationship at workstream/module leveln
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem and cloud computing.n
- Deep Java/Spring ecosystem; event-driven architecture with Kafkan
- GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL,

- Performance, resiliency, and regulatory-grade determinismn
