Sr manager/ Manager/ Deputy manager/Asst manager ( 50+ positions)
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales within the EdTech, Educational Programs, Higher Education, Learning Solutions, Training, Certification, Academic Services, or Educational Consulting domain.
The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with educational institutions, driving business development, and expanding Siddhanta Knowledge Foundation's presence in the assigned territory.
Drive B2B sales of Siddhanta's educational programs, courses, certifications, and academic initiatives.
Build strong relationships with Vice Chancellors, Principals, Directors, Deans, Registrars, Heads of Departments, and other academic decision-makers.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of programs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term institutional relationships
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in institutional sales and relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong networking and business development capabilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned city and nearby regions.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
