We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Trainer to deliver instructor-led and hands-on training on Microsoft Azure and DevOps technologies. The trainer will be responsible for developing training content, conducting practical sessions, guiding learners through real-world projects, and helping participants prepare for relevant Azure certifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Azure DevOps training through classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions.
- Design and maintain training materials, presentations, labs, assignments, and project exercises.
- Train participants on Azure DevOps concepts, tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Provide real-world demonstrations and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments, exercises, and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Mentor participants on DevOps best practices and industry standards.
- Customize training programs based on learner experience and organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure and DevOps.
- Prior experience delivering technical training is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward, practical manner.
- Experience working on real-world Azure/DevOps projects.

Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Relevant Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications
