Assess current CI/CD and DevSecOps capabilities and define baseline pipeline framework and standards during Phase 1.
- Build reusable CI/CD templates and approved release strategies (including IaC enablement where applicable) to support scale-out in Phase 2.
- Integrate CI/CD with observability and ITSM workflows to enable deployment-to-incident traceability and operational confidence during Phase 2.
- Embed quality and security gates (automated tests, scans, policy checks) and ensure consistent pipeline adoption across application onboarding waves.
- Enable advanced capabilities by integrating AIOps signals/feedback loops and supporting progressive automation/self healing safeguards in Phase 3.
- Support operating model transition and standardization for sustained adoption and continuous improvement in Phase 4a/4b.
