**Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in **full-stack architecture and advanced technologies . The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience. with .NET Core and React.js , a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture , and working experience with **Azure DevOps .

**Must-Have Skills

6-10 years of overall software development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in **.NET Core / C# for backend development.

Solid experience with **React.js , JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

Strong understanding of **REST APIs, microservices,



and distributed systems .

Hands-on working experience with **Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).

Experience with **SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.

Strong understanding of **SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies , and delivery best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills.

**Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with **Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins).

Knowledge of **CI/CD best practices , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or product-driven environments
