L2 Support Engineer : Job Location ( Pune)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Azure/Windows incident resolution, troubleshooting, and RCA for priority issues.

- Ensure SLA compliance and follow ITIL processes for daily tasks and planned activities.

- Drive service delivery automation through scripts/workflows and document operational procedures.

- Handle escalation management with internal teams or Microsoft support.

- Support knowledge sharing and maintain a collaborative technical environment.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture, networking, and infrastructure deployment.

- 6+ years in IT infrastructure, 4+ years in Azure cloud, 3+ years in Wintel technologies.

- Skills in Azure Monitor, Active Directory integration, VPN/ExpressRoute, load balancing, and security.

- Experience with VM deployment, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and migration to Azure.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting Azure infra/network, Windows Server, SQL Server, RBAC, and IAM.

- Desirable: Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.

- Strong communication, organizational skills, and customer-focused mindset.

L3 Support Engineer : Job Location (Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft servers (Hyper-V, AD, DHCP, DNS, SQL) and perform new deployments.

- Lead incident, escalation, problem, and change management processes,



ensuring RCA and risk analysis.

- Drive automation using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell) and tools like Ansible/Puppet.

- Handle patch/security management, configuration management, and disaster recovery documentation.

- Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, mentor engineers, and ensure secure handling of client data.

- Support enterprise-class data centers, remote infrastructure management, and performance troubleshooting across Windows, VMware, Linux, Azure, and AWS.

Required Skills

- 7-9 years of Wintel domain experience with strong scripting and automation expertise.

- Expert knowledge in Windows Server administration, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and OS troubleshooting.

- Robust skills in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, AD group policies, storage, backup, and security compliance.

- Hands-on experience with Linux systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

- Proficiency in performance troubleshooting (server crashes, memory leaks, sluggish servers, registry, kernel/user mode).

- Familiarity with Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), CI/CD pipelines, and source control systems.

- Certifications: Microsoft track, ITIL, Azure Administrator/Architect (preferred).

- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with ability to support and mentor junior engineers.
