About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to join a dedicated client project team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure cloud architecture, data platforms, and DevSecOps practices, with a strong focus on designing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.

You will play a key role in architecting Azure Landing Zones, enabling data governance with Purview, implementing Databricks solutions, and driving CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, while supporting cross-cloud migration initiatives.

Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a solid background in Microsoft Azure cloud platform with hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade cloud solutions. Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, DP-203, or AZ-400 are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep), networking, security frameworks, and identity management using Azure AD or Entra ID.

Experience with multi-cloud migration projects,



particularly migrating workloads from AWS or GCP to Azure, is essential. A solid understanding of data engineering ecosystems, including Azure Databricks and Microsoft Purview, is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management abilities are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Cloud Architecture &
- Engineering: Design and implement Azure Landing Zones aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF). Build and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure infrastructure solutions. Define governance, identity, and security models across subscriptions and tenants.
- Data Platform Engineering: Develop and maintain solutions using Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing and analytics. Implement data governance, cataloging, and compliance using Microsoft Purview. Collaborate with data teams to optimize pipelines and improve performance.
- CI/CD &
- DevOps: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Automate infrastructure provisioning utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.

Drive

DevOps best practices to ensure reliable and productive deployments.

- Cloud Migration: Lead and support cross-cloud migration initiatives, including assessments, planning, and execution of migration strategies from AWS or GCP to Azure. Post-migration, optimize workloads for performance and cost efficiency.
- DevSecOps &

- Security:



Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and security controls. Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and best practices.
- Monitoring &
- Optimization: Configure monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. Troubleshoot issues, optimize costs, and enhance performance. Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
