Job Title: CIAM Developer (Azure B2C)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CIAM Developer with expertise in Azure Active Directory B2C to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing customer identity and access management solutions, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and user-friendly authentication and authorization processes using Azure AD B2C.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and Implement CIAM Solutions:
- Design, develop, and implement CIAM solutions using Azure AD B2C to manage customer identities and access across various platforms.
- Customize user flows and policies to provide a seamless and secure authentication experience.
- Integrate Azure AD B2C with various identity providers (e.g., social logins, SAML, OpenID Connect).
- Azure AD B2C Management:
- Configure and manage Azure AD B2C tenant, including custom domains, branding, and policies.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies.
- Ensure the Azure AD B2C environment is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- API Integration and Management:
- Develop and manage secure APIs for integration with third-party applications and services.
- Implement token-based authentication and authorization for APIs using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure CIAM solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.
- Implement security best practices to protect customer data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, security, and product teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of CIAM solutions.




- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in CIAM and Azure AD B2C.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the CIAM implementation and work to enhance the overall security and user experience.

Qualifications

Required

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in CIAM development, with a focus on Azure AD B2C.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing CIAM solutions using Azure AD B2C, including custom policies and user flows.
- Strong understanding of identity standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Experience with API development and integration, particularly in securing APIs with Azure AD B2C.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Robust knowledge of security best practices, including encryption, data protection, and secure authentication methods.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred

- Experience with other CIAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Auth0) is a plus.
- Azure certifications, particularly in security or identity management (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate).
- Experience with regulatory compliance related to customer identity management, such as GDPR or CCPA.
