Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack and Azure Architect with strong expertise in Angular, React, Microservices, and Agentic AI application development. As a Manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven applications leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud services and up-to-date .NET technologies. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, architectural innovation, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications using .NET Core, Angular, and React.
- Lead the development of microservices-based solutions on Azure, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI applications leveraging AI/ML models and Azure AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into production-ready solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams,



fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security policies.
- Drive cloud adoption strategies and optimize Azure resources for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and full stack development.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Architect with strong proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, and React.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures using .NET technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Azure AI services.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience building Agentic AI applications or intelligent systems.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
