- Responsible for supporting and managing Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms and secure data exchange solutions. Solid knowledge of SFTP/FTP/S, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, and PGP/GPG encryption. Experience with Linux/Unix, Bash scripting, networking (TCP/IP, ports, firewall), and authentication systems (LDAP, Active Directory).
- Hands-on experience in tools like Axway SecureTransport, Informatica MFT, IBM Sterling, GoAnywhere, or Oracle MFT. Familiar with job scheduling (CRON) and cloud-based solutions such as AWS Transfer Family or Azure MFT.
- Ability to troubleshoot file transfer issues, ensure secure operations, and automate workflows in enterprise environments.
