Axiom The Regulatory Reporting Consultant will be responsible for supporting regulatory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with local and global banking regulations, and collaborating with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams to deliver accurate and timely regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and validate regulatory reports submitted to regulatory authorities.
- Perform reconciliation between regulatory reports and source systems/general ledger.
- Analyze regulatory reporting requirements and assess their impact on reporting processes.
- Support implementation of regulatory changes and reporting enhancements.
- Conduct data quality checks and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance functions.
- Assist in regulatory reporting automation, process improvement, and controls enhancement.
- Support audits, internal reviews,



and regulator inquiries.
- Document business requirements, reporting logic, and control frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Regulatory Reporting Knowledge

- Solid understanding of banking regulatory reporting frameworks such as:
- Basel III/IV
- COREP
- FINREP
- PRA Returns
- FFIEC Reports
- liquidity reporting (LCR, NSFR)
- Capital Adequacy Reporting

Functional Skills

- Financial Reporting & Regulatory Reporting
- Risk and Capital Reporting
- Data Analysis & Reconciliation
- Regulatory Change Management
- Stakeholder Management

Technical Skills

- Advanced SQL
- Excel (Pivot Tables, VBA preferred)
- Power BI/Tableau (desirable)
- Experience with reporting tools and data warehouses
- Knowledge of AxiomSL/Adenza ControllerView highly preferred
