About The Job:

- We are seeking a skilled Migration lead engineer to join our infrastructure and platform engineering team.

- The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of our systems across cloud and containerized environments. Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate deployments, monitor systems, and continuously improve platform performance

Qualifications

- Exp: 8+ yrs

- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and tooling.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AWS CloudWatch.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services and CloudFormation templates for IaC.

- Solid experience with OpenShift (or Kubernetes) for container orchestration and management.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

- Understanding of networking, Linux systems, and cloud-native architecture.

- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform is a plus).

- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in AWS Well-Architected Framework and cost optimization.

- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

- Certification(s): AWS Certified SysOps Administrator / DevOps Engineer / Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift.

- Experience with microservices architecture and DevSecOps practices.

- Strong ownership and accountability for uptime and performance.
