- Shifts in IST - Rotational shift. Resource should be willing work in any shift
- Experience: 7+ years IaC, 4+ years production Terraform
- A hands-on cloud engineer who provisions AWS environments through Terraform – not just writing modules but standing up target-state infrastructure, integrating with pipelines and validating environment builds.

Essential Job Functions:

- Provision AWS resources and environments hands-on through Terraform, including compute, storage, networking, identity and supporting platform services.
- Develop and test Terraform modules for AWS resource provisioning across the target-state estate.
- Build reusable, parameterised module libraries aligned to client standards and naming conventions.
- Integrate Terraform execution into CI/CD pipelines, including plan, apply and approval gating.
- Manage Terraform state configuration, including remote backends, state locking and workspace strategy.
- Provision and configure landing zone and account structures as code,



including baseline guardrails.
- Execute environment builds for migration waves, including validation that provisioned resources meet design specification.
- Troubleshoot provisioning failures, drift and state inconsistencies.
- Apply security and compliance guardrails through policy-as-code where required.
- Maintain version control discipline, code review participation and module documentation.

Qualifications:

KEY TECHNOLOGIES & SKILLS

- Terraform (production, modular)
- AWS: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Git & pull-request workflows
- Python / Bash / PowerShell
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Seven or more years of hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience, with at least four years writing production Terraform.
- Strong working knowledge of core AWS services: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch and related components.
- Demonstrated experience building modular, reusable Terraform code rather than single-file configurations.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control and pull request workflows.
- Experience integrating IaC into CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Scripting capability in Python, Bash or PowerShell.

NICE TO HAVE
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
- Experience with Terragrunt, Sentinel, OPA or Checkov.




- Exposure to multi-cloud environments including Azure.

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Hands-on provisioning of AWS environments via infrastructure-as-code, including reusable module development, landing zone / account structure and pipeline integration.

LANGUAGE
- English required (written and spoken). French is an asset.
