Job Title: AWS Cloud & Data Platform Support Engineer

(Infrastructure & Data Platform Operations Engineer)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud & Data Platform Support Engineer to provide operational support, administration, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure and data platform services. The ideal candidate should have strong AWS and Linux administration skills, hands-on production support experience, and the ability to troubleshoot, automate, and maintain critical platform services in a 24x7 setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for AWS cloud infrastructure and data platform services.
- Manage and support AWS EC2 environments, including AMI(Amazon Machine Image) lifecycle activities (release, republishing, retagging, and compliance-related tasks).
- Perform Linux administration on RHEL and Amazon Linux servers, including patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and vulnerability remediation.
- Handle infrastructure incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management activities following ITIL processes.
- Perform daily health checks, monitoring, availability management, and operational support activities.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform.




- Monitor and troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues using Datadog and Grafana.
- Support backup, recovery, system restoration, and environment maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with application, platform, and vendor teams to ensure platform stability and SLA adherence.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.
