Designation: AVP/VP - Credit - Wholesale Real Estate Lending

Location: Mumbai

Expereince: 8+ years

Education: CA/MBA

Role & Responsibilities:

-Conduct credit analysis and due diligence by preparing Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) to evaluate risks related to borrowers, transactions, and underlying securities, and provide initial recommendations.

-Initial screening and structuring of financing deals for commercial real estate.

-Working with the internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to deliver a timely and well-coordinated solution to clients.

-Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model. Additionally, continuing information gathering and query resolution.

-Present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities for approval.





-Prepare review and renewal credit reports to reassess credit limits and monitor for credit alerts.

-Draft term sheets outlining loan terms and conditions.

-Verify disbursements to ensure compliance with sanctioned terms and conditions.
