We are hiring an AVP Oracle Fusion EPM Lead to lead the organization's global Oracle EPM landscape, Finance Transformation, application delivery and future technology roadmap.

The role requires a combination of Oracle Fusion EPM expertise, solution architecture, program management, stakeholder management and hands-on delivery, with a solid focus on AI, automation and digital finance transformation.

Role & responsibilities

- Own and execute the Oracle EPM systems roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
- Lead solution design and governance across FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, PBCS and Narrative Reporting.
- Drive EPM platform modernization and implementation of new Oracle EPM capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across global teams, including planning, resourcing, implementation, adoption and operational excellence.
- Lead Finance Close, Consolidation, Planning,



Reconciliation and Reporting transformation initiatives.
- Manage OEMs, consulting firms and external service providers.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Controllership, Procurement, Taxation, FP&A;, Internal Audit and Technology.
- Lead and mentor geographically distributed teams.
- Ensure SLA adherence, audit compliance and financial systems governance.
- Drive innovation through AI, GenAI and intelligent automation within Finance Systems.
