Pure & Sure is an organic food brand built around a easy belief — you shouldn't have to worry about the food you eat every day.

From cooking oils, staples and sweeteners to snacks, coffee and more, we're building a brand that makes clean, organic and thoughtfully produced food a part of everyday life.

Our ambition is to build Pure & Sure into one of India's most trusted and loved food brands, driven by our larger brand platform: Eat! Without Worry.

Behind the brand is over 25 years of experience in organic agriculture through Phalada Agro — working closely with farmers and across sourcing, processing and food quality.

We're now looking for an AVP – Marketing & Growth to help build the marketing engine for our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning consumer understanding, category growth, GTM, digital, ecommerce, retail and execution.

You'll work closely with our leadership team and alongside our VP – Brand Strategy & Creative, who leads brand thinking, creative direction and storytelling. You'll bring the complementary lens of commercial thinking, growth and execution.





What you'll own

- Marketing and category growth plans across our portfolio
- Consumer insights, category understanding and GTM
- New product launches and market expansion
- Ecommerce, quick commerce and performance marketing
- Retail, trade and consumer activations
- Marketing budgets, measurement and effectiveness
- Building a lean, high-performing marketing team

Most importantly, you'll make sure good ideas don't remain presentations — they reach consumers and create impact.

Who we're looking for

Someone with roughly 8–12 years of experience, ideally across FMCG, food, D2C or consumer brands.

Someone who is comfortable moving between a consumer insight and an Excel sheet, a category strategy and a store visit, a product launch and an ecommerce dashboard.

You enjoy building things from scratch. You're comfortable getting into the details. You take ownership. And importantly, you have opinions — and you're willing to respectfully challenge ours.
