- Execute the synthetic route for the target molecules under the supervision of Lab head or independently.
- Clear knowledge in setting up chemical reactions independently, different purification techniques and characterization of compounds by NMR, HPLC and LCMS.
- Handling of moisture sensitive and pyrophoric reagents and reactions.
- Perform troubleshooting in synthetic challenges.
- Should be capable of handling multiple reactions parallelly.
Skills
- Knowledge of literature search and retrieving experimental details from journals and patents
- Follow all laboratory safety protocol.
- Candidate should have a transparent understanding of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) of the chemicals.
- Knowledge of IP confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prior work experience in a CRO will be preferred.
