HR Leader Digital Transformation

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary HR Leader to architect and drive human capital strategies across high-growth, digitally focused businesses. The role will serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, leading HR transformation, digitalization, organizational agility, and future-ready talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with digital, data, and AI-driven business priorities.

- Lead organizational design, change management, and enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.

- Drive HR digitalization, HRIS optimization, analytics, AI adoption, and data-driven workforce planning.

- Oversee global HR operations, compliance, governance, and vendor management.

- Design and evolve performance, career, and talent frameworks for digital workforces.

- Architect end-to-end talent strategies covering acquisition, engagement, development, and retention.





- Lead global HR CoEs, particularly Learning & Development and Talent Management.

- Build future-ready capabilities and foster a high-performance, innovation-led culture.

Candidate Profile

- 1825 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 810 years in senior leadership roles.

- Experience in top-tier IT, consulting, technology, or global business services organizations.

- Proven leadership of global HR CoEs, including Learning, Talent Development, HR Operations, or Transformation.

- Solid expertise in HR Transformation, Digital HR, Analytics, Change Management, Talent Management, and Performance Architecture.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate/executive education from premier institutions preferred.
