- Implement and maintain an effective transaction monitoring and reporting program in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of transactions and activities to identify suspicious or unusual patterns that may indicate potential compliance risks.
- Review and analyse transactional data to identify and investigate instances of money laundering, fraud, bribery, corruption, and other financial crimes.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings related to transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Units, Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Incumbent should have strong knowledge of Robust knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines governing whistle blower and anti-bribery and corruption (AB&C;) compliance in India.
