Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Avature AI SME / Solution Lead to design, configure, and implement Avature AI solutions across Talent Acquisition, CRM, onboarding, and HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Avature AI solution design and implementation.
- Configure Avature Copilot, AI Agents, and Agentic Automation .
- Implement AI use cases for sourcing, screening, job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding.
- Design conversational AI / chatbot experiences.
- Optimize semantic search, skills matching, and AI recommendations .
- Define AI governance, compliance, controls, and explainability.




- Work with HR/TA and technology stakeholders to drive adoption and transformation.
