- Attend to walk-in, phone, online and referral enquiries.

- Understand customers' requirements, budget and vehicle preferences.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and offers.

- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

- Generate current leads through follow-ups, referrals, local activities and digital enquiries.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Assist customers with finance, insurance, accessories and other related products. Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining dealership policies.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM/DMS.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
