Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating vehicle sales by identifying customer requirements, presenting suitable Maruti Suzuki models, managing enquiries, conducting test drives, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring a smooth vehicle purchase and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, field visits, tele-calling, digital enquiries, and corporate contacts.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models and variants.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance, insurance, exchange, accessories, and other value-added products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test drives for prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with enquiries, quotations, test drives, and prospective customers to convert them into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and other assigned performance parameters.
- Maintain updated customer information and sales activities in the CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, Registration,



and Delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
- Assist customers with booking and purchase documentation and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
- Participate in roadshows, exchange melas, exhibitions, promotional activities, and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after delivery.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through effective customer relationship management.
- Stay updated on Maruti Suzuki products, variants, features, offers, competitor products, and market trends.
- Adhere to dealership policies, Maruti Suzuki processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and other reports as required by the Sales Manager.

Educational Qualification Plus Two / ITI / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably automobile/retail sales.

Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
