Job DescriptionAs a Project Analyst, you will support Agile project delivery, project governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis activities for technology transformation initiatives. You will act as both a facilitator of Agile ceremonies and a coordinator of governance and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational standards.
NWhat You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
NAgile Delivery & Facilitation

- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‐ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. N
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams. N
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination. N

nGovernance & Reporting

- n
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts. N
- Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions. N
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. N





nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management

- n
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. N
- Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with delivery models. N

nStakeholder & Vendor Coordination

- n
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery. N
- Provide explicit communication and manage expectations across departments. N

NExperience

- n
- You have 5–8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Coordination roles. N
- You have experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. N
- You have supported technology transformation or enterprise application projects. N

nTechnical Expertise

- You are skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices. N
- You are proficient
