Hiring: AI-Enabled Software Engineer | Pune | 5 to 8 Years | Python/Go + AI +AWS

nWe're looking for a solid Software Engineer who can leverage AI/LLMs across the software development lifecycle - from development and testing to deployment and production operations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Build and maintain production-grade applications using Python or Gon
- Use AI/LLMs for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviewsn
- Integrate AI into CI/CD, DevOps, deployment, and engineering workflowsn
- Build AI-assisted solutions for log analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and incident managementn
- Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and automationn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n




- Strong experience in Python or Gon
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases & software architecturen
- Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs and AI-assisted developmentn
- Experience with AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetesn
- Experience in production troubleshooting, monitoring & RCAn
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similarn

nGood to have: AI Agents, MCP, RAG, AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, AIOps, LLM evaluation & guardrails.
