- Create Calculated Fields, Reports, and Dashboards. N
- Support implementation,enhancements, testing, and production issues. N
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders. N
nMust-Have Skills

- 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience. N
- Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM. N
- Experience in Business Process Configuration and Security. N
- Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and EIB. N
- Experience in testing, data migration, and production support. N
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. N
nPreferred Skills

- Experience in Compensation, Absence, Advantages, Payroll, Talent, or Recruiting modules. N
- Workday HCM Certification. N
- Exposure to Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or PECI. N
