Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Manager to build and grow Livspace's developer partnership business.
NThe role will have a 60% focus on acquiring new developer business and 40% focus on generating additional business from existing developers and newly onboarded accounts.
NThe candidate will be responsible for identifying developers with projects approaching possession in the next 3–6 months, pitching Livspace's brand partnership proposition, closing agreements, and ensuring successful execution of events, activities, and business opportunities.
NThe role will also involve managing BD leads, driving weekly business targets, and mentoring KAMs to deliver weekly and monthly nos.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Recent Business Acquisition – 60%
NIdentify and build a strong pipeline of new real estate developers and projects.
NMeet developers across different categories and identify projects where possession is expected
Nwithin the next 3–6 months.




NUnderstand developer requirements and pitch Livspace as a preferred brand/partnership
Nopportunity.
nBuild relationships with key decision-makers across developer organizations.
NNegotiate and close developer tie-ups and partnership agreements.
NDrive the complete business development cycle — from prospecting and meetings to
Nnegotiations, agreement signing, and activation.
NMaintain a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
NIdentify new market opportunities, developer segments, and projects that can generate
Nincremental business.
n2. Business Growth from Existing & Newly Onboarded Developers – 40%
NDevelop strong relationships with existing developer partners to generate repeat and incremental business.
NIdentify additional projects, phases, towers, or opportunities within existing developer accounts.
NDrive business from newlyonboarded developers after the initial agreement is signed
