NResponsibilities

- N
- Prepare monthly balancesheet work papers related to construction projects and fixed assets. N
- Determining when to capitalize versus expense. N
- Validating data in the system and coordinating any updates required to the correct department/person. N
- Review/Approve job setup daily. N
- Review/Approve invoicesdaily. N
- Review leasing activityand ensure intangibles are setup/adjusted correctly. N
- Work with the internal construction team to understand status of the projects and record accruals monthly. N
- Ad-hoc projects as needed. N
- Willingness to take on additional projects necessary with the continuous growth and development of the company. N

nQualifications
n
- N
- BA/BS required, Accounting or Finance degree preferred. N




- 2+ years' experience inReal Estate Accounting or Finance. N
- Public Accounting experience a plus. N

nRequired Skills
N
- n
- Detail oriented, analytical, solid organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively. N
- Ability to work as partof a team, as well as individually. N
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills. N
- Experience with Yardi is a plus. N
