Your Recent Role
Certified system admin for ServiceNow Platform:
This role supports the entire ServiceNow Platform housing multiple modules and also provides support towards integration, workflow and automation between ServiceNow & multiple other systems and services..
Support, maintain and improve solution developed in ServiceNow Platform & underlying infrastructure such as Integration/MID servers
Write well designed & high-quality testable code as part of breakfix solutions or minor enhancements
Patch deployment including AWS & Azure MID Server patching, Plugin upgrades, City upgrades
Produce specifications as part of problem solving and determine operational feasibility
Creating, responding to and troubleshooting ServiceNow Hi Cases via Case portal/working with ServiceNow Support Engineers during/after business hours as per requirements
Support API integration, Connector based integrations. Archiving, purging, platform capacity metrics tracking, reporting and management of overall capacity via archiving a
