This 3–6 month accelerator opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates eager to build practical experience in software engineering and AI.
You will contribute to production-facing backend and full-stack systems while working alongside experienced engineers.
The role combines software development with the deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI and LLM-powered capabilities.
You will gain hands-on exposure to areas such as RAG pipelines, agent tooling, automated evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Your work will help improve the reliability, quality, and measurable performance of AI-enabled products and platforms.

Accountabilities
Contribute to backend and full-stack feature development, testing, and releases for core products and platforms, delivering production-ready code.
Collaborate with senior engineers on module design, API and interface definitions, system integration, deployment, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to improve engineering efficiency, reliability, and code quality.
Support the deployment of AI and LLM capabilities based on business requirements, including LLM API integrations, basic RAG pipelines, and agent or tool capabilities within existing systems.
Help create and maintain datasets and benchmarks used for AI evaluation, regression testing, and quality measurement.
