About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer who can build and implement AI-powered systems to automate our International Sales & Marketing operations.

The role involves developing practical automation for lead generation, email marketing, WhatsApp communication, follow-ups, reporting, data management, and sales workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI-powered lead generation and lead qualification systems.
- Automate lead collection from platforms such as Google Maps, LinkedIn, websites, and other sources.
- Build automated email marketing and follow-up workflows while maintaining strong email deliverability.
- Develop compliant and reliable WhatsApp automation for customer communication and follow-ups.
- Create automated systems to identify seen/unseen, replied/unreplied, and interested leads.
- Build AI-based auto-reply systems for common customer queries.
- Develop automated lead scoring, filtering, and prioritization.
- Automate daily/weekly sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Integrate different tools, APIs, databases, and automation platforms into a single workflow.
- Use AI to improve cold calling, sales communication, follow-ups, and customer handling.
- Explore and implement AI tools that can improve International Sales & Marketing productivity.
- Monitor automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflows.

Required Skills




- 1+ year of experience in AI Automation / Workflow Automation / Software Development.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Python / JavaScript.
- Understanding of OpenAI APIs / LLMs / AI agents / prompt engineering.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of email, WhatsApp, CRM, and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Valuable to Have
- Experience building AI Sales Agents or AI Assistants.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API.
- Experience with email APIs such as SMTP, Gmail API, SendGrid, Amazon SES, or similar.
- Knowledge of web scraping and data extraction.
- Experience integrating Google Sheets, Google Workspace, dashboards, and business tools.
- Understanding of international B2B sales automation.
