Role Description The Automation Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will design, develop, and implement automated solutions to improve operational efficiency and reliability across corporate systems and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining automation tools, integrating control systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

The Automation

Engineer will perform diagnostics, resolve technical issues,



and support troubleshooting efforts to ensure stable and protected operation of automated equipment. The role also involves documenting workflows, following compliance standards, and continuously evaluating existing systems for optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Automation and Process Control skills to design, implement, and optimize automated systems.
- Candidates should possess foundational Electrical Engineering skills to understand circuitry, wiring, and system integration.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues in automation environments.
- Candidates should possess Robotics-related skills to work with robotic platforms, controllers, and motion systems.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA, or similar technologies is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and operate effectively in an on-site corporate environment.
