Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360, Document Automation (IQ Bot), Autopilot, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade automation solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and business value.

The role requires hands-on development experience across RPA, intelligent document processing, AI-powered automation, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Anywhere Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Automation Anywhere bots (Attended and Unattended)
- Build reusable automation components following development best practices
- Configure and manage Control Room, Bot Schedules, Credential Vault, and Queue Management
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications, web portals, databases, APIs, ERP, and CRM systems

• Troubleshoot and optimize bot performance in production environments

Document Automation (IQ Bot / Document Automation)

- Develop end-to-end intelligent document processing solutions
- Configure document classification and data extraction models
- Process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents
- Improve extraction accuracy through model tuning and validation

• Integrate document automation outputs with downstream business processes and bots

Agentic AI & Autopilot

- Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using Automation Anywhere Autopilot
- Build agentic workflows combining RPA, AI models, and business rules
- Integrate LLMs, knowledge repositories, APIs, and automation actions
- Develop exception handling and human-in-the-loop workflows

• Validate AI-generated outputs for quality, compliance, and operational stability

Testing & Production Support

- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT activities
- Perform defect analysis, debugging, and issue resolution




- Support production deployment, monitoring, and hypercare activities

• Maintain technical documentation and automation standards

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere development
- Robust experience in Automation Anywhere A360 platform
- Experience with IQ Bot / Document Automation Studio
- Hands-on exposure to Automation Anywhere Autopilot and Agentic AI capabilities
- Experience in Control Room administration, scheduling, credential management, and queue configuration
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise applications

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, and automation best practices
