Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in planning, drafting, or a related role
- Must hold AutoCAD certification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of 3D drafting/modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) is preferred
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Key Responsibilities

Planning Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones using MS Project, MS Office, or similar tools
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose timely corrective actions to meet deadlines




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define resource requirements (manpower, materials, equipment)
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct site visits for measurements, surveys, or client meetings as required

Drafting Responsibilities
- Create, review, and update technical drawings, blueprints, datasheets, and schematics using AutoCAD
- Modify existing designs based on evolving project needs and client feedback
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory norms
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to resolve design-related issues during execution

Collaboration &
- Communication

- Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to align drafting and planning efforts with design intent
- Participate in regular project meetings and provide progress updates
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address design, scheduling, or technical concerns
