Position: CAD DesignerVEERAUM is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer with good knowledge and hands-on experience in SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D designs, technical drawings, models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop 2D and 3D CAD designs and drawings.
- Prepare detailed part drawings, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
- Design and modify components using SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.
- Prepare drawings suitable for manufacturing, fabrication, and production.
- Work closely with engineers and production teams to understand project requirements.
- Modify and update existing designs as per customer or engineering requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and follow required dimensions, tolerances, and standards.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and design files.
- Support the team in product development and design improvement activities.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.
- Valuable understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Knowledge of part modelling and assembly design.
- Understanding of mechanical and technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication drawings.
- Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and drawing standards.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong CAD software knowledge may also apply.
