Hariom Pipe Industries is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Designer / Site Engineer to handle technical drafting and bridge the gap between design plans and field execution. The candidate will create accurate 2D/3D layouts and work directly with site teams to ensure drawings are properly implemented.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Drafting: Prepare, revise, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D architectural/structural drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with site engineers to resolve design queries and verify accurate implementation of drawings on-site.
- Compliance & Standards: Align all drafting outputs with relevant building codes, industry regulations, and company specifications.
- Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough quality checks on drafted documents to maintain technical precision before final issuance.
- Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical troubleshooting support to junior draftspersons and team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (or relevant specialization).
- Experience: 4 to 9 years in AutoCAD drafting, structural layout design, and site support within industrial or civil construction setups.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), drawing review, site coordination, and structural drafting standards.
- Core Skills: Robust spatial awareness, attention to detail, effective communication, and cross-functional team coordination.
