Role & responsibilities

- Generate car loan business through dealers, direct customers, DSA channels, and local market sourcing.

- Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and conversion targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with automobile dealers, customers, and referral partners.

- Conduct customer profiling, document collection, and coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan processing.

- Monitor collections support, customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in retail asset sales, car loans, auto finance, banking, NBFC, or automobile sales.

- Strong local market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and ability to generate business through field sales activities.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills with a target-oriented approach and willingness to travel extensively.
