Track open audit findings and ensure accurate and timely closure of action plans

Collaborate with in-house audit team and outsources partners in other locations and Pro-actively check and close audit findings raised in other locations.

Keep a close eye on any change in processes which might have diverse effect on risk profiling, update IA Head on any process changes / arising risks / irregularities on timely basis

Help departments in drafting SOP, policies and procedures

Perform field work on assigned areas and present audit findings to respective process owner, Prepare accurate and timely reports on audit findings, including recommendations on improvements

Discuss audit findings with process owner and obtain preventive and corrective action plan to mitigate the risk

Manage special projects as per requirement To evaluate emerging risks on continuous basis and updating risk registers

Responsible for managing valuable relationship and continuous dialogue across all functions and ground levels staff at plant
