Analyst - Audit Support - 1 to 3 Years - Mumbai

We are hiring for an Analyst role in the Internal Audit function, offering an chance to work on business reporting, data analysis, workflow management and audit processes.

Responsibilities -

1. Assist in tracking and reporting on core business metrics and activities.
2. Provide executive-level visibility to key stakeholders through structured reporting.
3. Create on-demand, customized reports highlighting critical data and status alerts.
4. Liaise with Internal Audit by delivering status reports and escalating high-priority issues.
5. Automate manual reporting to enhance process efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements -

1. Minimum Bachelors degree with 1-3 years of experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Working knowledge of CoPilot, Gemini, Power BI, TeamMate+ and Tableau is highly desirable.
4. Strong project management, analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
5. Prior experience in Internal Audit or related risk disciplines such as Operational, Credit or Compliance Risk is preferred.
