Lochan & Co is looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to join our Audit – Business Development team.

Location: Noida, Sector 48

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field

Key Responsibilities:• Review and analyze RFPs, TORs and solicitation documents

- Prepare compliance matrices and eligibility checklists
- Prepare EOIs, Technical & Financial Proposals
- Support proposals for Audit, Assurance & Advisory assignments
- Assist in pre-bid meetings and client clarification queries
- Ensure proposals are fully compliant with client requirements
- Support online and physical tender/proposal submissions
- Stay updated with procurement guidelines of World Bank, UN,



AfDB and other donor agencies

We’re Looking For:Proposal/Bid Writing experience

Robust understanding of RFP/TOR/EOI

Experience in technical proposals & compliance matrices

Solid written & verbal communication skills

Excellent report-writing and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Exposure to government, consulting, audit or donor-funded projects will be an advantage
