Role & responsibilities
- Lead and execute audit engagements for not-for-profit organizations (NFPs) in accordance with US GAAP and applicable auditing standards.
- Plan and perform audit procedures, including risk assessment, internal control testing, substantive testing, and analytical procedures.
- Prepare and review audit workpapers, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Perform audits of financial statements, including the Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Activities, Statement of Cash Flows, and related disclosures.
- Work on Single Audits for organizations receiving federal awards, including compliance testing and preparation of applicable schedules.
