Role Description The Audit and Compliance Lead – Finance and Accounts will oversee financial audits, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and company policies. This on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur involves planning and executing periodic audits, reviewing financial statements,



and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and internal SOPs. The role includes identifying process gaps, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and risk management.

The Audit and Compliance Lead will prepare detailed audit reports, coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies, and support management with insights on financial performance, compliance risks, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting, including experience with balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in compliance management, risk assessment, and internal controls, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor control frameworks.
- Comfort with financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial review.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing audit reports, presenting findings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are an advantage.
