Job Summary

Atain is seeking an experienced ATPCO Specialist with hands-on expertise in airline fare filing, fare rules management, and ATPCO fare maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, validating, and troubleshooting fare filings while ensuring compliance with airline pricing and distribution requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and update fares, fare rules, routings, footnotes, and related fare data within the ATPCO environment.
- Perform fare filing and fare rule updates in alignment with airline pricing strategies and commercial policies.
- Manage and validate fare categories, including:

- Advance Purchase

- Penalties

- Eligibility

- Sales Restrictions

- Combinability

- Voluntary Changes

- Refunds
- Analyze and troubleshoot fare filing discrepancies, pricing issues, and GDS display concerns.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate fare implementation.
- Ensure timely publication of fare updates and promotional fares.
- Conduct quality checks and validations prior to fare activation.
- Monitor fare performance and identify filing issues impacting distribution channels.
- Support fare audits and maintain documentation related to fare filing activities.
- Validate and test fares using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport.




- Handle urgent fare changes and market-driven pricing updates within defined SLA timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ATPCO Fare Filing and Fare Rules Management.

- Strong understanding of

- ATPCO Fare Categories

- Fare Construction
- Published & Private Fares
- Routing & Footnotes
- Taxes & Surcharges

- Combinability Rules
- Knowledge of airline pricing, revenue management, and distribution processes.
- Experience with GDS systems such as:

- Amadeus

- Sabre

- Travelport
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
