We are looking for an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Center Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic center, ensure excellent client experience, manage the team, and drive center growth.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the daily operations of the aesthetic center.

- Lead, motivate, and coordinate doctors, therapists, front-office staff, and other team members.
- Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and efficient client flow.
- Handle client consultations, queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor treatment quality, service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in achieving monthly revenue and business targets.
- Monitor sales, follow-ups, package conversions, and client retention.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure proper treatment planning and execution.
- Maintain daily operational reports, staff attendance, sales, and performance records.




- Manage inventory and coordinate timely availability of consumables and products.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure the center maintains a professional, welcoming, and premium environment.

Requirements - 1–2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetology center, or beauty/wellness industry.

- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of aesthetic treatments and clinic operations.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional personality.
- Ability to handle sales targets and team performance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in Aesthetic / Dermatology / Cosmetology centers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
