1.Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs

2.Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

3.Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

4.Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

5.Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements

6.Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

7.Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry

8.Build an upkeep long term relationships with contractors and service providers

9.Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

10.Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

11.Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.





12.Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.

13.Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.

14.Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.

15.Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

16.Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

17.Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

18.Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.

19.Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

20Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for recent supplies when necessary.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
