Responsibilities

- Review monthly financial results, investigate key variances, and provide explanations against plan and forecast.

- Support the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and forecasting processes.

- Prepare and deliver accurate, organized, and insightful management reports and presentations.

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as required.

- Identify opportunities for improvements in internal processes and propose effective solutions.

- Assist finance managers with specific analyses and financial initiatives.

Requirements

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute.

- 5-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounts and finance.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in financial tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
