We are hiring Associate - Transaction Advisory for our office situated in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

We are looking for a motivated professional to support transaction advisory, structuring and estate planning mandates for our family office clients.

The role will involve assisting the Manager - Transaction Advisory in evaluating opportunities, coordinating stakeholders, preparing transaction material and supporting execution from initial assessment through closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of transaction mandates from evaluation and structuring through documentation and closure.
- Conduct research and analysis of investment, acquisition, divestment and strategic opportunities across asset classes.
- Assist in preparation of transaction notes, proposals, presentations, case summaries and execution roadmaps.
- Gather, review and organise financial, commercial and transaction-related information for client decision-making.
- Coordinate with investors, promoters, developers, legal advisors, tax professionals, bankers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain transaction trackers, documentation checklists and follow-up schedules for ongoing mandates.
- Assist in due diligence, valuation,



investment analysis and commercial evaluation of opportunities.
- Support preparation and implementation of ownership, investment, holding and transaction structures.
- Assist in estate and succession planning assignments, including ownership mapping, family holding structures and succession documentation.
- Support client meetings, prepare action points and coordinate follow-ups until completion.
- Monitor ongoing transactions and investments and provide regular updates to the Manager.
- Work closely with the Manager to understand broader family office objectives and ensure assignments are executed within that context.
- Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Preferred

Candidate profile:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
- CA Inter / CFA candidate / MBA Finance or candidates pursuing relevant professional qualifications would be preferred.
- Some relevant experience in transaction advisory, family office, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or related roles would be preferred
- Exposure to structuring, taxation, estate planning or investment analysis would be an advantage.
- High degree of ownership, responsiveness and attention to detail.
