Responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Robust understanding of campus hiring processes, with the ability to support end-to-end talent attraction initiatives for B-school and graduate hiring. Proficient in coordinating recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, scheduling, and tracking across multiple hiring stages. Capable of supporting campus branding activities and engagement programs to strengthen employer presence among target institutes.

Skilled in managing recruitment databases, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Exposure to talent acquisition workflows and HR operations within a fast-paced, structured hiring environment.

Qualifications





- Bachelor of Commerce

- Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

- Talent Acquisition (3+ years)
