The CIT Product Management team is looking for an Entry level Technical Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the several Finance product lifecycles from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality billing and cross-functional applications on time and within budget. This role blends technology, agentic AI capabilities, business analysis, and product strategy while giving you hands-on exposure to low-code development and modern engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, and AI teams) to build scalable, intelligent solutions used across Visa’s global network.

CIT TPM team works closely with business owners of these services to solve business problems, discover opportunities and improve operations by delivering features that reduce manual efforts. As a product manager, the candidate will provide functional and technical expertise,



thought leadership with a focus on automation and creating business value. For this role, it is important for the candidate to enjoy working on diverse technologies and should be excited to take initiatives to solve complex business and operational problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Business acumen and stakeholder management.

•Write, debug, and maintain code modules in at least one programming language, preferably Java & basic knowledge of SQL - to support product prototypes or internal tooling.

•Proficiency in GenAI technologies and rapid prototyping. Drive the design and development of financial products by leveraging agentic AI models, automation frameworks, and data-driven insights.

•Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven workflows in product features to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Conduct research on AI and emerging fintech technologies to support product roadmap decisions.

•Assist in defining product requirements, writing BRDs/PRDs, and maintaining product backlogs. Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

•Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases.



Coordinate with internal Visa stakeholders (risk, compliance, finance, operations) for seamless product rollout.

•Analyze existing financial tools/products used across Visa and identify gaps, enhancements, and automation opportunities. Document workflows, data models, and system interactions for various finance systems.

•Build and deploy features using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Figma, etc.).

•Support UAT cycles, test case creation, and validation of product features. Monitor product performance metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.

•Ensure compliance with Visa’s security, data protection, and governance standards.

•Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and matrixed environments.

•Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements with transparent acceptance criteria

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or IT.

MBA with specialization in Product Management, IT or Finance.
